Personnel reflection:
Ifeel sorry for Lindy Chamberlain and for what she suffered for about ten year in prison for unfair trail for killing her daughter.
I believe this trail was not fair for her because the jury could not understand all the evidences and testimonies. also, she was misjudged by the public.
Finally, I am so glad that truth come along at last.

Laws to trim 'spite hedge' down to size
The Sydney Morning Herald
date 22 May 2010
By Kelsey Munro
Summary:
spite hedge is defined as strategically planted shrubbery intended to block a neighbour's light or view. previously, trees or hedges were not subject to the same height restrictions as walls or fences.
But from August, new laws will be executed regarding hedges heights and these laws will empower the court to determine the appropriate height.
all the matter can be organised and solved between neighbours. otherwise, the court will intervene in cases where neighbours negotiations have broken down. and if the resident refuses to comply, heavy fines will imply and will face criminal proceedings.
Personnel reflection:
it is necessary to have a clear view through your windows and keep sun light unblocked by some neighbour's hedges or trees. It will be good idea if your neighbour and you can work together on that matter and reach to deal like cutting the hedges or trees from time to time.
But sometimes things might not go properly between neighbours. Hence, such laws could be very effective where the disputes might reach closed end.
